It all started on 24 Feb 2010

I have always wanted to start a blog but I’m too lazy. I’ve just given birth 3mths ago and now I want to record the bits & pieces of my pregnancy and the growing up of my cute little boy, Kesler.
It all started on 24 Feb 2010. My menses was late for 3 days which is quite common. However, I have a feeling that I might have “strike” it this time.
Thus, I tested with the pregnancy kit immdiately after I got hm after work. And it was POSITIVE! I couldn’t believe it and tested again with another pregnancy kit. POSITIVE too! It was 5.45pm and my husband is on his way hm. Thus, I decided to give him a suprise! I send him a mms of the pregnancy kit. He was on the company bus full of ppl. When he saw the pic, he was so happy that he smile all the way back hm.

I went to see the GP next evening to confirm it. The result was negative! I almost start crying…The GP told me to come back to test again the next morning as it will be more accurate as the urine will be more “concentrated” in the morning. The result was positive for the 2nd test! I was so happy! The GP refer me to the gynae in the same clinic. It is a male gynae and I not comfortable with a male gynae, so I change to a female gynae after a few visit.  I enjoyed the whole pregnancy except the morning sickness during the 2nd mth. It was very bad and I have to be on hospitalisation leave for 5 weeks and lost 4 kg. In the end, I only gain a net 5kg for the whole pregnancy.
Towards the last few weeks of the pregnancy, my boy was growing very fast at 300g per weeks and his head is already very low. Thus, I started my maternity leave 2 weeks earlier. However, there is still no sign of labour on week 40 and my boy is already 3.4kg.Thus, I decided to induce labour on my EDD, 1st Nov.
